Introduction

Our property is a 5 bedroom single story self-catering holiday let. The Warrens is situated down a short sandy avenue, approximately a 5 minute walk from Camber beach.

Key Collection, Welcome and Car Parking

  • There is a car parking are with enough room for 3-4 cars.
  • The car park is levelled, sandy and flat.
  • Parking is immediately outside.
  • The key for the front door is in a coded key safe-details of the location and code will be sent to you prior to your holiday.

Entrance to Property

  • The entrance to the property has 1 threshold -10cm high and 11 cm deep. The door is 80 cm wide. This leads to a porch with a second door, also 80cm wide with a 12.5cm threshold step.
  • There are outside security lights which are motion sensitive. This will turn on upon arrival.

Halls, Stairs, Landings, Passageways

  • The front door is 80cm wide and the keyhole lock is 90cm high.
  • Inside the entrance there is a small porch with a small bench, shoe shelf and a hanging space for coats.
  • The front door opens into the lounge.

Sitting room/ Lounge

  • The door into the lounge is 80cm wide.
  • Furniture is moveable.
  • Flooring is wooden with mat in front of sofas.
  • One leather 3 seater sofa, one leather 4 seater sofa and a day bed that seats 3.
  • DVD and IPOD docking station.
  • SKY is provided.

Dining Room

  • The dining room is open plan with the kitchen.
  • Flooring is fully tiled.
  • A dinging table is in the dining area with 8 chairs.
  • The dining tables is 79cms measuring for the floor to the lowest point. 210cms long and 92cms wide.
  • Chairs are movable with no arms.

  • Door between kitchen and lounge is 74cms wide.
  • The worktop is 90cms high.
